We take great care to accurately represent our handloom products, including sarees, fabrics, and home décor. However, please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen display settings — this is not a defect
Each handloom product is unique; minor variations in weave, texture, or motif placement are a hallmark of authentic handmade craftsmanship
Product dimensions and weights are approximate
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice

Our Perfectly Imperfect collection celebrates natural irregularities in handcrafted textiles. Such imperfections are not defects and are not eligible for returns on that basis.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
We do not store your full card details on our servers
International orders (where applicable) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility

All shipments to the USA are currently on hold due to increased tariffs until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product being out of stock or unavailable
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent activity

An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This email is an acknowledgment, not a guarantee of fulfilment. A separate dispatch confirmation will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic orders: Typically dispatched within 2–4 business days
Delivery time: 4–10 business days depending on your location
International orders: Timeline and availability vary; contact us before ordering
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or acts of nature

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact
To initiate a return, contact us at kanica.sagi@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days
Sale items, customised orders, and items from the Perfectly Imperfect collection are non-returnable
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error is ours

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible — please follow the return process instead
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics, and design — is the exclusive property of Drapes and Drama by Kanika and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission
Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or content may result in legal action

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
