Hi, I'm Kanika, the founder of DrapesAndDrama.
At 39, after spending years in the corporate world with a leading MNC, I decided to follow my heart and create something deeply personal — a saree label that blends tradition with everyday elegance. As a proud mother and wife, I understand the beauty of balance — and that's what inspired me to design handloom sarees that are soft, breathable, and effortlessly stylish.
DrapesAndDrama is my tribute to Indian craftsmanship and the modern woman — strong, graceful, and always evolving. Each piece is lovingly curated in fabrics like Chanderi, Mul cotton, and Linen, bringing heritage to your wardrobe in a way that feels fresh, comfortable, and uniquely you.
